How to use this template

01

Lead with your latest evidence

Put your current or most recent role first and give it the most space. Older roles can be shorter once they establish continuity.

02

Show scale and results

Replace broad duties with truthful detail: team size, number of sites, frequency, volume or a before-and-after result.

03

Match the advert

Reuse relevant language from the person specification where it accurately describes your work, especially in the profile and recent role.

04

Account for dates clearly

Use one date style throughout and check that roles do not overlap by mistake. Explain a substantial gap briefly if it would otherwise confuse the reader.
