How to use this template
Name the destination
State the target function clearly so the reader does not have to infer why you are applying.
Translate, do not disguise
Keep real job titles, then describe achievements using plain terms that make sense in the new sector.
Address the learning gap
Include relevant recent training or projects, but avoid presenting a short course as equivalent to practical experience.
Prioritise shared problems
Emphasise planning, records, budgets, communication and risk where those duties genuinely overlap the new role.
