Application for Groundworker
I am applying for the Groundworker role with Tame Valley Civils. I have four years on housing and commercial sites, mostly in groundworks, and I hold a CSCS Green Labourer card and a CPCS card for forward tipping dumpers.
At Saltley Groundworks I dig trenches with the excavator driver, lay drainage to the engineer’s levels, fix steel and pour foundations and slabs, and lay kerbs and paving on estate roads. I also drive the dumper to move spoil and materials around the site.
I want to work towards a 360 excavator card, and I would like to do that with a groundworks firm that runs its own plant, as yours does.
