Dear Ms Pryce

Application for Senior Product Photographer

I am applying for the Senior Product Photographer role at Fieldfare Studios. I have six years in an in-house e-commerce studio at Brightwell Home & Fashion, and my portfolio is at portfolio.example.com/theobarker.

I shoot about 400 new products a month, from packshots and flat lays to on-model images, to shot lists agreed with buying and marketing. I light each set to the brand guide and check colour against the product before anything goes live, and most images reach the website within two working days.

Last autumn I planned and shot our homeware campaign on location, from finding the house to the final selection for print. Your studio’s mix of e-commerce and campaign work for homeware brands is the range I want to work across.

I also train our new assistants on lighting set-ups and file naming. My CV is attached. Thank you for considering my application.

Yours sincerely
Theo Barker
