02

Name your techniques

Workshops, process maps, user stories and testing are what a hiring manager scans for.

03

Show the people side

A BA's work depends on getting time and honesty from busy staff; say who you worked with.

04

Know the domain

Insurance, banking, public sector or retail knowledge is part of why a BA is hired. Put it in your profile.
