How to write yours

01

Registration in the contact lines

Put your HCPC registration where the service sees it first, so it can check the register before it reads on.

02

Give your band and specialty

Your band and service (musculoskeletal, respiratory, neurology) tell an NHS panel your level at a glance.

03

Show caseload and classes

Patients a day and the classes you run show how much you carry.

04

Rotations, then depth

At Band 5, list your rotations; a Band 7 panel looks for depth in one area and the students you teach.
